All orders generally ship out within 2 business days or less via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please note that you will need to sign for receipt of your parts. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Correct Fitment Guarantee:
Upon placing an order, buyers may receive a confirmation email message to confirm their vehicle specs in order to ensure the correct parts have been ordered.
Buyers must reply to this message with their vehicle specs within 48 hours. Otherwise, fitment cannot be confirmed. Fitment will be guaranteed on all parts according to the information provided. Please contact us if there is any doubt if parts will fit your vehicle and we will work with you to ensure the correct parts are shipped.
We strongly recommend matching up new parts with the old ones before removing them from your vehicle. Please verify that you have received the proper parts to vehicle prior to installing.

To Qualify for returns, items must be clean in original, undamaged packaging and in UNINSTALLED CONDITION within 10 days of receiving the item, a restocking fee may apply. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. In the case that we have shipped the incorrect parts please contact us and we will resolve any issues for you. Please contact us at 647-949-7237 to receive a return authorization number and for more information. No returned goods will be accepted without an RMA.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty begins at the time of purchase and applies to any product that is structurally compromised or weakened due to structural failure such as cracking or shearing.
It DOES NOT cover noise, zinc plating, rusting, warping, cosmetic damage, mileage, wear and tear or any damage caused by lack of maintenance, accidents, irregular operation, negligence, racing, or improper installation.
Please note that only one warranty claim may be made per order.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be approved by The Brake Store. Customer must provide an order number/copy of Invoice when making warranty claims. Please contact us to obtain an RMA #. No returned goods will be accepted without an RMA.
During exchange or warranty claims, The Brake Store is not responsible or liable for any consequential, mechanical, installation, or storage costs. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs for warranty claims.
