Shipping: 

Before shipment of your order occurs we may confirm with you the make, model & year of your vehicle in order to ensure the correct parts have been ordered. All orders generally ship out within 2 business days or less. Please note that you will need to sign for receipt of your parts. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Return Information: 

Please note that all items are warrantied by The Brake Store to be free from manufacturing defects. We recommend that all parts are installed by a licensed and professional installer. Items may be returned for credit/exchange at the buyer’s own expense. All returned items must be in clean original packaging and in new, uninstalled condition within 30 days of original purchase. A restocking fee may apply. Before shipping please contact us to obtain an RMA number. No goods will be accepted without an RMA. 

Claims for incorrect or missing parts must be made within 7 business days. The Brake Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company. 

Warranty: 

We offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It covers any product that experiences structural failure with normal use, such as cracking or shearing. The warranty does not cover mileage, zinc plating, pitting, rusting/cosmetic damage, warping, normal wear and tear, noise or damage due to negligence, racing, accidents, abnormal operations, insufficient maintenance or improper installation or service. 

PLEASE NOTE: Only one warranty claim may be made per order. 

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been abused, misused, modified or altered in its operation or installation. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be approved by The Brake Store. The customer must provide the original invoice when making warranty claims. The Brake Store is not responsible or liable for any consequential, mechanical, installation/re-installtion or storage costs.The Brake Store’s liability is limited to replacement of defective goods only. The Brake Store is not responsible for any additional costs due to defective or incorrect parts ordered.
